Good stuff as usual, Kheim. the ‘bamboo vs rock’ analogy is a solid one. The message I’m taking away is: be grounded, be firm, but be flexible.
I’d like to have some more solid examples of what behaviors men exhibit, in your mind. I agree that not enough guys have strong male role models, and it’s certainly a problem!
